How to get a business visa in the Republic of Poland: Instructions

The presence of an invitation is not a guarantee of a positive decision on a business visa. Registering a company is not enough – you have to prove that the company is necessary for the Polish economy. In practice, the easiest way is to hire at least two Polish citizens for your company.

  • It may take 1-2 weeks to receive the original document;
  • At this stage, you need to accurately calculate the deadline for submitting documents. The process of obtaining a business visa takes 7-10 days, but in some cases, it can be extended up to a month. This must be taken into account in order not to miss the planned events;
  • Collect a list of documents and register at the Visa Application Center. This can be done online or by phone. At times of peak workload, impressive queues arise, which can increase the waiting period by several days, which should also be taken into account when planning;
  • Visit a consulate and have a visa interview. Pay the visa fee. Submit documents;
  • As you can see, at the two final stages, little depends on the applicant, however, for a greater likelihood of a positive decision, you should pay close attention to the collection of documents.
