There is the longest time limit for a foreign worker to stay on the territory of Bulgaria – 12 months. After that, it is permissible to renew the visa permit for another 3 years. The legislative framework regulates this process: if an employee has proven himself well, was not noticed in administrative and even more other offences, fulfilled all the contract conditions, the extension of the visa permit is not a problem.

- Self-employed members of the Board of Directors of local organizations;
- Trade representatives of foreign companies registered with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
