Russia visa regulations
- For trips to the Far-Eastern Regional Capital, Kaliningrad Region, or Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad Provinces, electronic permits are provided without any cost. [1]

- Candidates for long-term visitor or employment permits may be required to submit to an HIV/AIDS test.
- Upon arriving at Russian terminals, an entrance card must be completed.
- All non-residents must have their biometric fingerprints taken as part of the visa request procedure.
[1] E-visa bearers are not permitted to travel to other parts of the Russian State. Digital registrations are accepted. The e-visa request form must be filed at least 20 days before the anticipated trip day.
