You will need to visit Latvia only once or twice. The first visit is optional. You may visit Latvia for the purchase of real estate (sign the contract and submit the documents), or you may entitle us (by a Power of Attorney) to settle and sign all the documents concerning the purchase of the real estate on your behalf. The second time is mandatory because you do need to submit your documents for the residence permit personally.
